About Louise
Louise is our People and Operations Manager, supporting the firm’s day-to-day operations, people initiatives, and internal processes across our offices. Her role brings together office management, HR support, recruitment, internal communications, and operational coordination to help ensure the firm runs efficiently and consistently.
Working closely with the partners and wider team, Louise is focused on creating strong systems, supporting staff, and helping maintain a positive and connected workplace culture across our locations. She also assists with recruitment, onboarding, staff engagement, and the coordination of firm events and internal initiatives.
Louise brings a professional, organised, and practical approach to her role, with a focus on consistency, communication, and continuous improvement. She plays an important part in supporting the firm’s growth and ensuring our people, processes, and client experience are well aligned.
