With over 13 years of experience in law firms across Auckland and the Wairarapa region, Director Jason Carruthers has developed a strong expertise in all aspects of property and commercial transactions. In addition, he also provides advice on a range of relationship property matters. While property, commercial, and family issues are his primary areas of focus, Jason's broad range of experience enables him to deliver practical solutions tailored to his clients' needs. His motivation lies in achieving pragmatic outcomes for his clients.

Consultant Jo McDonald brings a no-nonsense approach to all things property. Jo is a qualified Legal Executive and Conveyancing Practitioner. With more than 30 years’ experience in all things property , Jo’s expertise is in subdivisions (commercial, residential and farming clients), in which she covers all facets of the subdivision process from start to finish. Jo also assists her clients with buying and selling off plans and, with that, preparing all associated documents and conveyancing and subdivision services.
