Jo leads the firm’s property team, bringing a clear, practical, and no-nonsense approach to complex property matters. She is a qualified Legal Executive and Conveyancing Practitioner, with a strong focus on subdivisions, property development, and conveyancing.
Jo advises commercial, residential, and farming clients across all stages of the subdivision process, from initial structuring and documentation through to completion. She also assists clients with buying and selling off the plan, preparing associated documents, and managing the conveyancing requirements that sit alongside property and development projects.
